The 31-year-old pop star must have left the house in quite a hurry, judging from her I-don't-care outfit of dress socks, boxer shorts and a gray tank top.
Spears made news last week when it was reported that the former "X Factor" judge was not a candidate for a headlining gig at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas, contrary to previous reports.
