The New York Daily News reports that the reality star, who has publicly battled his problems with alcohol, plans to buy into a nightclub in Miami by Valentine’s Day. Not shockingly, sources say that Disick's girlfriend and the mother of his two children, Kourtney Kardashian, is none too pleased with his decision.
“Kourtney is furious. She says no way,” says the source, adding that Disick doesn't seem to be worried about investing so soon after his Meatpacking District restaurant, Ryu, shuttered so quickly after opening last year.
According to the NYDN's source, Kardashian has warned her baby daddy that this would be the last straw, both because he wants to spend so much after his last big loss and because it's no secret that she doesn't like Scott being on his own in Miami.
The hard-partying city hasn't meshed so well with Disick, who once got so belligerently drunk that he punched a mirror in the hotel where he, Kourtney and Kim were staying and had to undergo surgery to repair the damage.

Since the reality star -- and Kimye's prettier half -- started showing last week, it's been all about the baby bump. Yesterday, Kim skipped the flattering dresses as she stepped out in Beverly Hills to run errands, and opted for tights and a long-sleeved tee over a tank.

Though Kim's loungewear would have us thinking she's off to the gym, the 32-year-old donned comfy clothes for a meeting with her lawyer in Beverly Hills, reports Daily Mail.
But that doesn't mean she is neglecting her all-important workout routine. As Us Weekly previously reported, Kim enlisted the help of celebrity training guru Tracy Anderson to help keep her in shape and bounce back after the baby is born. Just last month Anderson said Kim "has been doing amazing" and that she is "so proud of her." Yesterday, HollywoodLife learned the mom-to-be is still doing great, even though she doesn't enjoy every single aspect of the workout.
"She's fun, she really likes the muscular structure. She doesn't love to do the dance part, but she's a really smart girl and she knows that you’re going to get out what you put in," Anderson told HollywoodLife exclusively. The famous trainer, who worked magic on the bodies of Gwyneth Paltrow and Jennifer Lopez, said Kardashian has a "a very iconic sexy body" and called her "such a hot girl."

The 31-year-old mom-of-two doesn't just magically have killer abs (seriously, she "hates working out"), but instead of worrying about exercising, she tries to make it fun. Alba covers the March issue of Women's Health magazine and reveals her workout routine and simple secrets to de-stressing.
"I like doing dance classes. That's fun. Like hip hop class, mixed with like core pilates-type exercises," Alba, whose new book "The Honest Life" hits shelves on March 12, confesses to Women's Health, adding that she likes to do spin classes at Flywheel while in New York. "And sometimes I do sprint intervals just because I hate working out," she continues, "Anything where I have to do something but I can get my mind off of doing it, that's so much better for me than anything that's repetitive. Or the music has to be loud and I have to be moving."
Alba's key to squeezing in a quick sweat session is having a treadmill in her house, so she can sneak away. "So when I’m at home and I’m working out and I don’t have a partner with me, I like to put bad television on. Usually a pretty embarrassing reality TV show and I do sprint intervals," she reveals. "So I’ll sprint for a minute and walk for 30 seconds and do that on and off for 20-30 minutes usually."
But luckily for her, Alba gets to be greeted by her two adorable daughters Honor, 4, and Haven, 1, who cheer her up after an overwhelming day.
"Spending time with my kids kind of does take all the stress away, weirdly. I'm in the moment with them. They make me so happy, they're pure joy," Alba admits to Women's Health. "I know they're not going to be little forever, so I really soak up as much as I possibly can with them. That's kind of how I de-stress."

2.  Goto Filter -> Unsharp Mask.
     Dengan parameters :
     Amount     :  75 %
     Radius      :   1.5 pixels
     Theshold  : 0 lvels 


3. Next, go to Filter -> Blur -> Surface Blur. As follow:
    Radius: 10 pixels
    Threshold: 10 levels

Then, we will use 4 tools of Image -> Adjustment: Brightness/Contrast , Color Balance , Levels and Curves.
